Interview: Carrie Pulkinen

Welcome to Readers Write to Know! I asked you, my readers, what questions they would ask their favorite authors if given the chance. This week, I am happy to introduce to you paranormal author Carrie Pulkinen. Carrie grew up next door to a cemetery, so the slide into authoring paranormal stories seemed like the natural thing to do. Her current release mixes Scottish vampires with American werewolves, which just sounds fun. I also love that she wrote out a story idea on a bunch of cocktail napkins. I have been there and done that myself! I hope you enjoy her interview as much as I did.

Interview: C.L. Ragsdale

Welcome to Readers Write to Know! I asked you, my readers, what questions they would ask their favorite authors if given the chance. This week, I am pleased to introduce to you, Christian Cozy Mystery author C.L. Ragsdale. I LOVE cozy mysteries, and C.L. delivers one that includes a “helpful” ghost. Her books are quick, fun reads (her blog tagline is “Good Stories, Just Less Words”) that bring a supernatural mystery but also help share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It’s nice to have another author on here who also embroiders and knits — I often worry that I’m splitting my creative side!

Interview: Lisa Lickel

Welcome to Readers Write to Know! I asked you, my readers, what questions they would ask their favorite authors if given the chance. This week, I am so excited to introduce to you mystery author Lisa Lickel. I LOVE cozy mysteries — I cut my reading teeth on them — and her upcoming release The Map Quilt sounds so good. (And, it’s nice to know that (1) I’m not the only person to get an idea for a book during a sermon; and (2) this season’s drought affected gardeners other than myself!)
