An Interview with Author Kimberly Rose Johson

Welcome to Readers Write to Know! I asked you, my readers, what questions they would ask their favorite authors if given the chance. This week, I’m so happy to introduce you to Kimberly Rose Johnson! I admire anyone who loves music. I don’t have an “ear” for it, so it’s something that’s almost like a puzzle to me. I wrote the Song of Suspense series so that I could try to get into the heads of characters who make music their lives. Kimberly Rose has a degree in music and used to teach piano! Read on to learn even more about her and to learn about her latest release.

Name That Fictional Town Contest!

I hate coming up with names. I’m much happier when other people do it for me. So — here’s the contest:

I need a fictional, oil-booming town outside of Dallas, Texas. This will be where my Virtues and Valor pilot, Helen Mulberry, codenamed Faith, is from.

If I pick your name, you get the entire Virtues and Valor series in ebook form. I’ve only released books 1-5, but you’ll get 6 and 7 as they release in February and March.

And…go!

An Interview with Author Marissa Shrock

Welcome to Readers Write to Know! I asked you, my readers, what questions they would ask their favorite authors if given the chance. This week, I am so pleased to introduce you to Marissa Shrock. I have a 17-year-old daughter who inhales books -she cannot read fast enough and is the type of reader who carries an extra book with her when she gets down to the last third of the book she’s currently reading — “just in case” she finishes her book before she can get home and needs something else to read. I LOVE the sound of Marissa’s book and will definitely be buying it for my daughter. Read on and see what I’m talking about!
